The ticket scalpers continue operating despite the ticket selling is already done via online reservation. But seemingly they still have an open window to take benefit from homecomer.

“They buy multiple tickets by borrowing identity cards from relatives and friends then sell the tickets back when the tickets are sold out,” he explained.
While for the second modus is by utilizing technologically-illiterate passenger.
He admitted that his side keeps continuing to evaluate ticket sales and always warned resident brave to report any violation.
